heroku는 8버전 기준이라 java에서 따로 설정해줘야한다 그래서 했다.

알고보니 파일 위치가 잘못됨
그냥 프로젝트 파일 바로 밑에 둬야하는거였음
그랬더니 바로 성공
데헷~!
그러나 ... 나를 기다리고 있던 다른 복병^^
